Bachelor degree or above, major in directing, film photography, animation design, advertising and media related majors, with systematic visual and creative training;
1-2+ years experience working for a consumer electronics or modern brand or agency on digital ecosystems and video campaigns
High taste level for design aesthetic and hierarchy
Experience with digital content such as social media and online advertising campaigns
Experience executing video creatives throughout multi-touch experiences
An eye for footage/content selection. Have certain insights on design, aesthetics, and creativity, love the film and television industry, and pay attention to industry trends;
An eager approach to following social media trends and understanding of action sports markets
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Photo and video editing skills is a plus
Willing to work hard and to do a broad-base of tasks from administrative to strategic

Creative Direction, Concept and Strategy of Insta360 video campaigns and production
Proactively conceptualize scripts and storytelling for ads, commercials, or viral videos
Identify viral video ideas and develop high performing organic social media content
Deep understanding of the product’s unique value propositions and develop innovative unique creative concepts based on it
Monitor overall brand appearance and ensure quality standards across social media, ad creative and video content
Work closely with video directors, producers, marketing and advertising teams in order to design impactful owned and paid media campaigns
