Job Description
Summary/objective:
This position is responsible for sourcing products and services that best align with company goals and budgets. They will be primarily responsible for performing all necessary duties to ensure successful and timely fulfillment of procurement through data analysis, tracking, and financial planning. This individual will leverage data and contract negotiations to drive best practice and policies that can continue to scale.

Essential functions - Monitor and analyze expense data while creating and managing reports to discover opportunities for cost savings and improved services.
- Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization
- Lead all sourcing activities by partnering with creators to understand vision and voice of brand
- Manage market strategy
- Support the Strategic Sourcing Manager in collecting and analyzing data for new and existing categories.
- Review, audit, and code invoices to ensure accuracy and correct expense tracking
- Maintain and manage departmental data
- Properly maintain and track all inventory levels
- Performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management
- Managing overall direction, coordination and evaluation of procurement for the organization
- Creating policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation
- Forecast needs and supplies
- Review requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Find suppliers that have certain certifications, accreditation, and insurance, along with a steady stream of materials that fit within budget restraints
- Preparing procurement reports.
- Collect and analyze data to ensure the company is making the best decisions and on target to meet quarterly, annual, and overall company-wide goals
- Balance department budgets with needs
- Meet with supervisors and department heads to understand the needs across the company
- Maintain accurate P.O. product tracking across department
- Identify margins and discount best practices through thorough research and analysis
- Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
- Must attend and contribute to regularly scheduled staff meetings.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in the English language required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Required education and experience - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Proven experience managing supply chain operations.
- 2+ years data analysis experience
- Previous management and leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.

$76,000 - $91,000 a year
Commensurate with experience and scope of responsibility
Work environment - When in the main office, expect a comfortable, air-conditioned work environment. Team members are issued their own desks, but the office is an open, shared space and can be fast-paced and occasionally noisy.
Physical demands - Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods of time. Comply to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards. Must be able to walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
Position type and expected hours of work - Regular full-time, 40 hours per week.
Travel required - Occasional domestic travel may be required
Work authorization - Must be authorized to work in the United States.
