Petaluma Post-Acute Rehab is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Responsibilities:

• CNA’s provide routine daily care to assigned patients/residents in accordance with their clinical assessment and care plan.
• Assists with patient personal care needs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning, etc.) as trained and in accordance with all safety and other regulations
• Ensures patient safety and comfort in accordance with established policy and procedure
• Monitors and reports on the health conditions of assigned patients ensuring quality services are provided
