LPN Licensed Practical Nurse – Per Diem
Per Diem 1: $41.00/hour
Commitment includes 24 hours per week, weekend, 1 summer holiday and 1 winter holiday
Per Diem 2: $38.00/hour
Commitment includes 1 weekend a month, 1 summer holiday and 1 winter holiday

Primary Responsibilities:
• Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with other nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
Prerequisites:
• Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current Certification of BLS Healthcare CPR in Adult, Child and Infant.
