Job Title: Sr. Compiler Engineer
Job Location: Mountain View, CA - hybrid on-site 3 days/week
Compensation: $150K - $300K+ Depending on experience plus generous equity!
Requirements: Compiler Development, Rust, C Programming, Parallelism, GPU Kernels
Our company is on a mission to be the compute platform for AGI. We are developing vertically integrated full-stack solutions from silicon to systems including hardware and software to train and run the largest ML workloads for AGI. We are seeking a Sr. Compiler Engineer to develop code optimized for execution on our specialized hardware. We primarily use the Rust programming language.

What You Will Be Doing
- Develop code optimized for execution on our specialized hardware
- Design and implement compilers tailored for our proprietary hardware architecture
- Develop simulators to emulate the behavior of our unique hardware infrastructure
- Provide valuable insights and guidance on hardware architecture, offering a programmer's perspective
What You Need for this Position
Bachelors (Master's or Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar with 3+ years of experience in the following:
- Possess outstanding software engineering skills with a focus on efficiency and performance
- Preferably, have experience in optimizing software, including expertise in parallelism SIMD programming, C, or assembly-level optimization, and familiarity with GPU kernels
- Preferably, possess experience in compiler algorithms, demonstrating proficiency in areas such as register allocation, instruction scheduling, instruction selection, and loop optimizations
