Aventura Programs Coordinator

Supervisor: Director of Aventura Community Programs

Summary :
The Aventura Programs Coordinator supports the Community Programs Director with:

Camps, Summer Camps, Aventura Extended Care, EBI Enrichment Program.

Strategic Program Development

school’s overall program and mission. aligned with EBI’s mission to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of
current and prospective participants. auxiliary programs align with the school’s mission and educational philosophy. quality of their program experience. while ensuring that the needs of students are prioritized.

Financial Management

performance across all programs as requested.

operations. day program by student attendance. debts.

Marketing and Communications

effective and accurate web presence including the website and social media and develop
and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for all auxiliary programs.

programs to prospective and enrolled participants.

Administration and Operations

summer programs and extended day, are in compliance with all applicable regulations of
licensing and governing entities. Maintain all required camp licenses and permits.

camper data in UltraCamp and work with the Business Office to ensure that data can be
successfully recorded in the FACTS, UltraCamp or other system.

students during the academic year, ensuring that all activities for students provide an
engaging experience in a safe environment as requested.

Human Resources

and customer-focused team that includes numerous full time, part time and/or temporary
extended day and summer camp staff, coordinating with the Human Resources and Payroll
Manager as appropriate. forms, including background checks, are completed and on file.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree preferred.

EBI uses a salary scale that is based on education and years of experience and ranges from
$28.84 per hour to $36.05 per hour.
