We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting project management and administrative functions.
- Manage and maintain Certificates of Insurance, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Facilitate communication with insurance providers and project managers.
- Collaborate with Project Managers for new job setup.
- Assist in administrative tasks to support project operations.
- Generate Job Cost Reports, Labor Hours Reports, and PO Reports.
- Process and disperse Project Manager Progress Billing Worksheets monthly
- Handle Supplier Lien Waivers and maintain Payables Reports to track paid invoices.
- Facilitate the processing and documentation of change orders.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of project-related financial data.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience specifically in AIA billing within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in construction coordination or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
