Strategy Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-starter for an internship on our Strategy Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, working on impactful projects that contribute to the strategies of our organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Research
- Source themes/topic and speaker ideas for specialty programs (e.g. payers, pharma, nurse-led innovation, nutrition and aging)
- Identify new partners, especially focused on payers, pharma, etc.
- Identify sales prospects for specialty programs
- Source new startup targets
- Conduct discovery/exploratory stakeholder and partner calls
- Conduct market research and information gathering calls to identify new stakeholder markets and partners
- Source emails for speakers and prospective sponsors/partners: Utilize Salesforce, subscription to Seamless, and Google searches
- Analysis
- Help with assessing marketing partner promotions
- Market landscape analysis
- Organize roundtable/focus groups - survey development and/or planning
- Database Management
- Organize subject experts based on stakeholder group and topic
- Verify credentials/titles for executives and speakers
- Data inputting and process management for speakers and sessions
- Operations, Logistics & Scheduling
- Respond to general inquiries and set up meetings for strategy team members per request
- Speaker invitation outreach/onboarding
- Sponsor email outreach for Provider and Payer Connect program
- Panel prep meetings
- Partner onboarding and deliverables tracking
- Act as liaison between Partners and Operations teams for onsite event logistics
- Run of Show and Scripts development
- Onsite meeting coordination/facilitation
- Note taking as requested
- Marketing
- Web page copy development and coordination with Product team
- Social media coordination
- Personas research and development in coordination with Marketing team
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in undergraduate or graduate degree program in marketing, communications or public health
- Proficiency in market research
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Good writer and proficient at proofreading
- Effective communication especially when dealing with executives
- Ability to multi-task - managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects concurrently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Self-starter
- Preferred experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, etc.
- Interest in healthcare and events planning helpful
Benefits
Duration and Compensation:
- 3 months (June-August)
- $20-25/hr
