Job description
Role: Workforce Software (WFS)
Location: Remote with 25% Travel - Client paid travel
Job Type: Contract
Configuration specialist certification- PT102 and interface certification -PT103 is mandatory
Role Description:
- 3+ Years work experience in Workforce Software
- Should be an expert in using Workforce formula language.
- Good knowledge on Time management and HCM process.
- Should have worked in policy editor and should be able to manage the configurations independently.
- Good understanding on the workforce system flow.
- Should be able to analyze and understand the requirements of time management at global level.
- Hands on experience in Accruals, Exceptions, Roles, Premiums, TCP, Settings etc.
- Ability to understand the inflow and outflow of workforce software (Knowledge of XML is an advantage)
- Should know the concepts of HR import and Payroll export.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Should have sound knowledge in Workforce debugging.
- Knowledge on SF-EC and LOA set up in EC is preferred.
- Good knowledge on SQL query and reporting.
