In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent and safe production operations across the entire division. You will work to ensure operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner, and that all production goals are achieved. You will be responsible for training and motivating staff, and for developing and monitoring safety protocols and quality standards.
This position requires at least 3+ years of experience in the Building Materials industry, with a strong emphasis on masonry and robotics. You must also have a strong mechanical aptitude and PLC programming skills. Additionally, you must have experience as a Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Supervisor in a commercial building setting.
