AV Support Engineer

Requirements:

Job Description:

• Will need to travel to other local offices for health checks and administration.
• 6-to-10-year experience on managing video conferencing equipment & devices.
• Provide administration, monitoring, and support of video conferencing services.
• Administration and deploy improvements to the in-house studio.
• Works with engineers to identify the design needs for cost effective conferencing and A/V solutions.
• Assess, test, and manage all video equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
• Provide root cause analysis and advanced problem management.
• Works with training department to develop learning content and best practices for using room equipment and Teams meetings.
