Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field
- 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Fluent in Korean Preferred

About the Role
As an Executive Assistant working directly under the Chief Operating Officer (COO) you will be tasked with responsibilities that include coordinating company events and teambuilding activities providing comprehensive administrative support through calendar management overseeing office facilities and preparing materials for meetings.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate company events teambuilding activities and special occasions.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support: calendar management office oversight meeting material preparation.
- Arrange travel accommodations.
- Draft review and distribute documents and presentations.
- Support recruitment: post jobs screen resumes schedule interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee discipline and termination in line with company policy.
- Maintain confidential and accurate employee records.
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries.
- Organize training sessions on leadership management etc.
- Assist COO in HR policy development and implementation.
- Process employment verification requests.
- Oversee administrative duties to ensure smooth office operation.
- Conduct research compile data and prepare management reports.
- Collaborate for effective communication and coordination.
- Liaise on incoming shipments.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on HR trends best practices and technologies.
- Assist with storage logistics.
