Job description
BUILDING MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Industry leading commercial real estate / property management company is actively looking for a Building Maintenance Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Preventive maintenance work on mechanical/HVAC, electrical, plumbing
Routine maintenance work - windows, doors, locksets, plumbing fixtures, drains, water lines, drywall patch/painting
Replace lamps, ballasts, switches; limited repair of electrical motors, generators and communication equipment
Minor repairs and adjustments window air conditioners, building structures
Respond to work order requests; document and close out
Interface with property management personnel, vendors, contractors, and tenants
Perform vendor coordination and oversight
Participate in after-hours emergency on-call rotation/response
SALARY: $30-35/Hour
