House Supervisor- Psych Nurse (RN)
PRN, PT, FT shifts available
(12 hour shifts also available with rotating weekends & holidays)

Job Summary
Our House Supervisor's (RN) daily responsibilities include, but not limited to developing and managing a mental health or chemical dependency based program of nursing and other clinical services on unit. Providing overall management and administrative guidance to specifically assigned programs, assesses educational and programmatic needs, developing policies and collaborating with other health care providers in the provision of services to target populations.

QualificationsJob Requirements
Experience: Preferred experience working as a house supervisor in a psychiatric inpatient setting
Skills: Adaptability, communication, compassion, problem-solving and resilience
License/Certification: Current license to practice nursing in OHIO or eligible to renew and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Current CPR or BLS certification
Work Environment: Clean, well-lit work environment, our nurses can sit and/or stand for long periods of time, high stress active work environments at times, the active work environment can be slow, the environment can have continuous low and high voices and office machine noise
This individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Diplomacy and discretion are essential. This individual must have the ability to prioritize responsibilities. Professional demeanor and appearance is required.
