Job description
Bella Rose Estate in Chandler, AZ is looking for one banquet chef to join our fast past high volume wedding venue & family business. We are located on 1380 S Price Road Chandler, AZ. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, creative in culinary arts & reliable.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute culinary offerings for weddings and events hosted at Bella Rose Estate.
- Develop menus that align with the venue's aesthetic and client preferences.
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, maintaining the venue's standards of excellence.
- Collaborate with clients to customize menus based on dietary restrictions, preferences, and event themes.
- Expertise in utilizing the Rational Combi Oven iCombi Pro for efficient and precise cooking.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to maintain a cohesive and skilled team.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and control costs to meet budgetary requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate innovative techniques into menu development.
- Work closely with event planners and coordinators to ensure seamless execution of culinary aspects during events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Banquet Chef or similar role, preferably in a high-end wedding and event venue.
- Proficiency in using the Rational Combi Oven iCombi Pro for cooking applications.
- Culinary degree or relevant certifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and interact with clients.
- Creative flair for menu development and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance.
