Job description

American Hole ‘n One (AHNO)is seeking individuals passionate about golf to join our team of Golf Support Specialists (GSS) for the upcoming 2024 golf season.

The Golf Support Specialist role is a seasonal position beginning in March with the opportunity of working full-time (9am-6pm) hours Monday through Friday until the end of September on an annual basis. Candidates will be responsible for executing our service strategy to provide our customers with a professional and efficient buying experience. The Golf Support Specialist is an integral member of our team supporting both Service and Sales. The primary responsibility of the role is to assist the Golf Support Leader in processing orders and prepare correspondence to ensure customer satisfaction. This role would also assist the Golf Excitement Specialists / Sales teams to complete order fulfillment during high volume times.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with unfinished contracts: i.e. call customers, golf courses and tournament directors to collect any missing information.
• Assist with Chat inquiries that come in from the AHNO website. Responding in a timely matter, gathering all the information needed to help the client.
• Builds personalized customer relationships through multiple channels of communication such as phone, email, and chat.

• Follow up/outbound on high-risk events to make sure our clients know how to execute the contest correctly.
• Works in unison with internal departments to ensure a high-level experience for our customers.
• Manages time effectively to prioritize workload, client service requests and service parameters on business process.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and service experience.
• Knowledge and experience in the game/industry of golf (player, tournament organizer, sales, service, etc.) preferred.

• Multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication with a high focus in customer service communication and problem-solving skills.
• Prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Team player who brings high energy and a positive attitude into the work environment.
• Attention to detail, positive attitude, listening skills.
• Sports fan a plus!

• Buford, GA in-office Monday - Friday

COMPENSATION 

• $20/hour
