Job description
*Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 annually*
As a Sr. Product Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our product line. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, develop roadmaps, and ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Identify market opportunities and conduct market research to gain insights into customer needs and preferences. Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into actionable plans and specifications.
- Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution. Define and communicate product vision, features, and benefits to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback, making data-driven decisions regarding improvements and optimizations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns. Support events (i.e., trade shows, conferences, blogs, speaking engagements) and customer communication.
- Build and manage supplier and partner relationships. Engage with product partners to ensure the quality delivery of products.
- Conduct negotiations to secure partnership terms, pricing, and conditions.
- Act as a product evangelist, internally and externally, by delivering compelling product presentations and demos, participating in industry events, and staying up-to-date with market trends and technology advancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products to identify opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or IT industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
