Wage band range $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Starting pay is typically around $19.00 per hour; however, starting pay is ultimately determined by the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, and internal equity. Full time night shift roles are eligible for a night shift pay differential. This position does offer future growth opportunities.

Nestled in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains in Camarillo, Casa Pacifica’s 25-acre Camino a Casa’s beautiful rural setting is four miles from the Pacific Ocean and midway between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara.

Under the direction and guidance of the Cottage Supervisor and NOC Lead, is responsible for the care and treatment of children/ adolescents housed in the cottage(s). The NOC shift Youth Development Specialist works closely with the NOC Lead and NOC Floats during their evening shifts. The Youth Development Specialist carries out the mission of Casa Pacifica as it relates to day-to-day care and treatment of youths via meeting program and treatment objectives.
