Responsibilities:
The Front Office Supervisor will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
- Acts as the “Service Champion” for the front office and assists in leading all front office operations by setting and maintaining a high level of guest service.
- Drives Hilton Honors program in order to assist in maximizing hotel revenue and guest loyalty.
- Ensure that Associates are meeting guest needs and appropriately responding to any guest concerns and escalating as appropriate.
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure services are provided in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ensuring financial goals of department by managing labor costs and controlling spending.
- Ensure that hotel is adhering to Brand Standards.
- Ensures Staff communicates effectively through all departments.
- Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Qualifications:
- Prior front office experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Hilton experience preferred.
