Job Description



The Director of Recruiting and Employee Engagement position consist of strategically leading the recruiting team to accomplish company targets and goals across all departments within TA Services. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to align with the company’s People First core value and continue to support and develop the company culture.

Qualifications



Education and Experience:

Completed university undergraduate degree or higher.

 

A successful Director of Recruiting and Employee Engagement must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must consistently demonstrate the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Must have good oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, new hires, and other team members in person, on video calls, and on the telephone. Must be customer service-oriented as well as team-oriented and must have good organizational skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed to including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
