Role Overview:
Joining our Marketing team, the Content Marketing Coordinator will be a dynamic, creative force, thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role involves supporting our Marketing and Business Development efforts from our Carlsbad office, with regular visits to project sites for content capture. A reliable means of transportation is required, with mileage reimbursable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft engaging content for social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Weekly site visits for fresh content.
- Author 2-3 blog posts monthly.
- Manage various marketing projects, including content collection, profile creation in Adobe InDesign, and website updates via WordPress.
- Capture team member headshots and update website content.
Technical Proficiencies:
- Microsoft Office suite
- Strong social media platform management
- Canva, WordPress basics
- HubSpot fundamentals
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) skills
