Our textile care technology division specializes in the development, blending, and implementation of laundry chemical technologies for the commercial textile services industry. We are seeking a technical sales & service professional with an aptitude for troubleshooting industrial machinery & testing water chemistry who has a passion for customer service, account management, and is solutions-oriented. This individual will serve our growing customer base in specified regions.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled service visits, product ordering, and technical problem-solving tasks
- Work with customer management teams to audit and maintain high-quality textile standards by being thorough in your service visits and delivering consistent results from our solutions
- Utilize technical expertise to install, repair, & troubleshoot automated product dispensing systems, and other automated systems.
- Execute equipment start-ups and training for customers
- Produce timely and detailed service reports, inventory reports, and expense reports
- Act as the point of contact for all assigned customers in a respective territory
- Conduct wash chemical titrations and water chemistry testing of effluent and influent water streams
- Program and maintain standardized production formulas
- Conduct quality and production audits with customer staff
- Work with the engineering team and share information across the organization
Prerequisite Skills:
- Proficient in laptop and tablet technology to include but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Demonstrates strong client relations and communication skills to maintain a positive company reputation.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to prioritize complex, diversified responsibilities, multi-task effectively, and execute tasks with minimum supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality by handling sensitive and private customer information
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and key metrics, work independently, as a team player, and drive results in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Working well in a team environment
- Must have a valid driver's license
Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years in technical sales/service preferred
- Exposure to the textile services industry a plus
- Associates degree or similar in Chemistry, Technical and/or Mechanical
- Military background a plus
