Work you’ll do
As a Manager in our Cyber Application Security team, you will be part of our Workday Cyber practice and will be responsible for managing opportunities and delivering Workday security and internal controls implementations and assessments. Responsibilities will include assessment, design, and implementation of Workday end user security, and/or leveraging controls and techniques to help our clients address Workday and broader cyber related risks. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks internal controls (including application security) that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Leverage Workday, third-party or other robotic automation tools to pro-actively monitor and detect security and control risks. Keep up with Workday technical updates and develop corresponding solutions to the Workday practice. Manage and support the growth and development of our Workday Security and Controls team.

Qualifications
Required:
+ 6+ years of Workday/ ERP security administration and/or internal controls experience
+ 5+ years of experience in designing, building, testing, implementing, and deploying, and/or administering business and support roles for Workday Human Capital Management ( HCM ), Financials, and/or Adaptive Planning OR other ERP systems
+ 3+ year of experience in participating in Workday/ ERP security design workshops
+ 4+ year of experience working with the business process, development and organization change management workstreams on the overall project delivery
+ 3+ year of experience in building and updating Workday Segregation of Duties ( SOD )/ ERP ruleset and performing SOD risk analysis at user and group/role levels
+ 3+ year of experience in administering user access reviews and supporting periodic updates for Workday/ ERP
+ 4+ year of producing high level design document highlighting all the use cases, high level architecture and required process logic
+ 1+ year working with Security Event Management ( SEM ) technologies and processes, including rule sets, standard configuration and security operations
+ BA/BS Degree
+ 3+ year of project, budget, and resource management
+ Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
+ Limited visa sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
+ Knowledge/experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Workday/ ERP security and/or compliance tools
+ Knowledge/experience in Workday/ ERP business process inherent configurable controls
+ Knowledge/experience in Workday/ ERP audit
+ Experience in large and complex Workday implementations and/or administrations with multiple rollouts for countries/regions
+ Experience in identifying opportunities and selling Workday/ ERP security and controls services and/or projects
+ Understand leading practices as it relates to Workday/ ERP Security, and provide recommendations to clients on security role design and implementation
+ Knowledge/experience in IT general computer, data conversion and integration controls
+ Knowledge/experience in data protection tools and techniques
+ Knowledge/experience in identity access management tools
+ Knowledge/experience in cloud security and cloud migrations
+ Knowledge/experience in broader cyber security topics
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Previous consulting or Big 4 experience preferred
+ Professional certifications such as CISSP , CISM , or CISA is desired; Workday certification, e.g., HCM , Finance, Integration strongly preferred
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,616 – $240,488You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
