What you can expect?
The role focuses on enhancing Zoom’s infrastructure by optimizing reliability, performance, supportability, and security. Network Engineers ensure proper resources and scalable design in production environments. They also participate in testing procedures and provide technical input for security and disaster recovery. The role also involves troubleshooting, implementing preventive measures, and collaborating with Software Engineers on new technologies. On-call duties for supporting production networks are part of the responsibilities. As well as emphasizing the recurring need for automation to streamline configuration updates.

The team manages the infrastructure that runs Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Virtual Agent, and Zoom Workforce management. By employing robust operational strategies, they guarantee the stability and security of Zoom’s infrastructure, allowing millions of users worldwide to connect effortlessly.
What we’re looking for
+ Have knowledge of Internet Routing protocols and techniques such as BGP , OSPF , ECMP , Traffic Engineering (TE) and similar
+ 2+ years of experience as a Network Operations Engineer
+ Have proficiency with common route switch platforms such as Juniper, Arista, and Cisco
+ Have working knowledge and use of scripting languages such as Python, Shell (Bash) and Go
+ Have working knowledge and use of templating and configuration management systems(Infrastructure as code) such as Jinja, Ansible and Terraform
+ Have a background in Computer Science or a related subject or equivalent experience
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$94,200.00
Maximum:
$160,100.00
