Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Integrated Talent Leader (ITL) for Supply Chain/Transformation Office, the Talent Strategy and Operations Leader will work closely with the Senior HR leader of Supply Chain/Transformation Office and HR leadership team to help build an inclusive and modern talent operating system that enables the business to acquire, develop, engage and ultimately retain the best talent for today and tomorrow. This role will focus on supporting world class talent process execution as well as serve as the Program Manager supporting the Supply Chain HR objectives and team.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Partner with the SHRM and ITL to:
- Support short-term and long-term priorities that enable function objectives and KPIs.
- Establish mechanisms for tracking and action planning against key talent KPIs/metrics.
- Develop and track key metrics to measure impact of talent management programs and initiatives—drive a focus on standard, scalable metrics, and measures.
- Coordinate the operating cadence with SC/TO HR leadership team in support of achieving business objectives.
- Support the team in developing and embedding a high performance, high engagement culture and leverage change acceleration techniques to assist in driving change management.
- Partner on the identification, assessment and development of critical talent pools: early career, high potential, leadership pipeline – all with a focus on critical capability needs/gaps.
- Support the succession planning and talent review process.
- Develop a deep understanding of key talent within the organization and promote talent mobility and talent sharing.
- Partner with the other Centers of Excellence, subject matter experts (including operations, finance, Labor & Employment & Compliance), and leaders across the HR function to develop timely and strategic programs and processes.
- Build a strong partnership with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective and efficient recruiting strategies that deliver the right talent at the right time with a focus on inclusive sourcing strategies and diverse pipelines.
- Act as a Lean champion who builds organizational capabilities, reduces complexity and partners with SC/TO leaders to maximize team performance and create value.
- Lead cross-functional global teams as required to implement key initiatives.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant work experience)
- Minimum 6 years prior professional work experience with demonstrated achievement in HR, Finance and/or Operations/Service-oriented environment

- In-depth understanding of HR concepts and principles gained through formal education and work experience
- Demonstrated experience in making strategic HR and talent decisions, assessing talent, and effectively interfacing with high-level business and operations leaders
- Experience using data to drive organization and talent decisions; ability to craft an objective and insightful story through data and storytelling.
- Developed (oral and written) communication and diplomacy skill set with the ability to influence others by presenting sound and logical arguments tailored to the audience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations make judgments based on practice or previous experience
- Player-coach approach with ability to be both strategic and execution oriented
- Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels with a genuine desire to assist others
- Ability to work in changing environments, see through complexity and lead in a matrix goal driven organization
- Demonstrated experience in promoting an inclusive and diverse workforce
- Capable of handling multiple issues and/or projects simultaneously and executing to completion
