Operations – Customer Service RepresentativesFull-time, day shift M-F from 7-5 CST (occasional Saturday by rotation schedule)Pay based on experience with competitive benefits.
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of freight movements for our customers. Duties include, but are not limited to, booking loads and scheduling pick up and deliveries while working with company personnel and offsite customer service to ensure seamless freight transactions. Work directly with customers as a Sharkey Transportation account representative to know customer expectations, awarded commitments, and appointment needs. Keep customers informed and up-to-date while working directly with Operation for tracking and on-time results. Track customer scorecard reviews and monitor customer trailer pools.
Requirements: Exceptional Communication Skills, Highly Motivated, Knowledge of Microsoft and Excel, Excellent Time Management, Exceptional Conflict Resolution Skills
