Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in marketing in the gaming industry, throughout all stages of a product Management experience building a team of direct reports Experience in planning and delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns Understanding of how successful marketing impacts players and how different strategic options for producing out-of-game content directly affect product reception Comfortable working in nimble and high-growth businesses Desired Qualifications: Awareness and good understanding of esports and its actors, trends in social-first multiplayer experiences As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for creating enduring relationships between players and Chamber8 by utilizing your insights, experience, and brand marketing skills. You will inspire and guide teams towards delivering incredible levels of player focus for Chamber8's titles. Responsibilities: Develop tailored product marketing plans for multiple games and platforms, including vision, goals, strategy, tactics, and budgeting Guide the successful execution of marketing campaigns to ensure outstanding creative experiences Work with product managers and teams on launch milestone planning Create communication channels that ensure transparency to users throughout the product launch and lifecycle Lead marketing decision-making that prioritizes the player experience and negotiates the best outcome for players Be a partner in product strategy and advise on market potential, pricing, and distribution channels Build, lead, and grow a small team in Marketing Operations
