I am looking for driven Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance Techs who are looking to grow with a desirable company in Chattanooga. Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

• Manufacturing company that makes interior plastic automotive components using injection molding processes
• Preventative and reactive maintenance
• Support supervisors and engineers in ensuring the equipment is running quality parts
• Complete job responsibilities in compliance with industry safety standards
• Troubleshooting issues with machinery and equipment, diagnosing problems, and fixing breakdowns as quickly as possible
• Using PLCs to troubleshoot processes and fault codes
• Mechanical and 480v electrical work
• Working with electrical cabinets - troubleshooting, wiring, replacing drives, relays, etc.
• Troubleshooting quality defects
• Part repair and replacement
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Reading blueprints and schematics
• Start-up and shutdown of equipment via HMI units
• Change production settings of computer to different speeds, temperature, heights, placements and things specific to each product
• Robotics maintenance - mechanical and electrical, troubleshooting, rehoming and recalibrating robotic arms, etc.

Must-Have Skills:

• Industrial maintenance
• Manufacturing machine set-ups, changeovers, and troubleshooting
• Mechanical and technical adjustments to manufacturing machines for set-ups, changeovers, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
• HMI usage
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Preventative and reactive maintenance
• Mechanical and some electrical maintenance
• Reading blueprints and schematics
• Using electrical meters to troubleshoot issues
• Part repair and replacement
• Hand and power tools
• Using precision measuring tools for quality assurance - calipers micrometers, gauges
• PLCs - troubleshooting, locating faults, resets, reading ladder logic, making parameter and/or minor program adjustments at machines, etc.
• Robotics - troubleshooting, mechanical/electrical work, servo motors, rehoming and recalibrating robotic arms, etc.

Preferred Skills:

• Injection molding experience
• Automotive manufacturing experience
• PLC and/or robotics programming
• Ability to speak Spanish

Pay: $27-$32/hr base rate PLUS $0.25/hr premium for 2nd shift

Shifts: 2nd - 2:00pm to 11:00pm or midnight

Schedule: Monday-Friday with OT on weekends as needed. Will work almost every Saturday and some Sundays, as well.

Weekly hours: they work a lot of OT, so probably 65 hours a week, sometimes 70-75
