You will be part of 9 the Air Force (9AF) United States Air Force Central Command (AFCENT) which is the Air Force Service Component of United States Central Command (USCENTCOM), a joint Department of Defense combatant command responsible for U.S. security interests in 27 nations that stretch from the Horn of Africa through the Persian Gulf region, into Central Asia. This position supports 9th AF Requirements Directorate (A5). Our team has been recognized by the US Air Force as providing top quality services in support of the customers.

In this role, you will:

• Provide and manage C2IMERA, C2IE, and DCT User Training and Functional Area Training to 9AF AFCENT A3 users and provide operational and technical expertise support to directorate- and division-level users.
• Provide direct support and assistance to 9AF AFCENT A3 directorate, division, and branch-level users in the overall development, planning, establishment, and implementation of C2IMERA, C2IE, and DCT training programs.
• Actively track the status of A3-owned C2IMERA, C2IE, and DCT pages.
• Facilitate A3 focus groups, working groups, and meetings to assess requirements, determine operational concepts and employment approaches, and set program initiatives and priorities.
• Participate in C2IMERA, C2IE, and DCT tests, evaluations, assessments, experiments, and staff level events as directed by the 9 AF (9AF AFCENT) Director of Operations (A3). This will include the integration of additional data systems as this process continues. 4.20.1.6. Advise A3 Directorate and Division leadership to ensure best operational outcome. Monitor and advise on adherence to approved processes and make recommendations for continual improvement based on lessons learned and industry best practices.
• Plan and conduct initial and continuing training and instruction for users from the Directorate Leadership level down to the individual Action Officer level, in coordination with site representatives.
• Identify and monitor directorate and division-level C2IMERA, C2IE, and DCT training requirements and assist with maintaining active training programs.
• Assist forward deployed and Shaw AFB 9AF AFCENT/A3 teams in the development, administration, and sustainment of directorate and division level C2IE, C2IMERA, and DCT pages and data sets.
• Assist directorate leaders and personnel with incorporating C2IMERA, C2IE, and DCT capabilities into daily operations to enhance operational and support requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• An active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
• A bachelor’s degree in software related area
  • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, five years’ experience on a NAF or higher-level staff in C2/software use area may be substituted.
• Two years’ experience with DoD plans/programs or Staff experience
• Two years’ experience with C2IE, C2IMERA, or equivalent database/DCT software
• Three years’ experience in the use of SharePoint, Microsoft Office applications, e-mail systems, and Task Management Tool (TMT) or the equivalent. Proficiency should be at a level with the ability to educate and assist others.
