Job description

Join our Project Management Team at Signs of Success, Inc. in Santa Maria, California, and become a key player in delivering top-notch signage solutions.

We're looking for a Project Manager who is eager to excel in the sign industry and contribute to our company's success.

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or equivalent CAD software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Experience or education in signage, manufacturing, project management, or construction management.

Your Role:

• Lead the design phase of our projects, transforming architectural plans and sales orders into compelling signage designs.
• Follow a structured process from initial design drawings to installation and closeout, ensuring a smooth project flow.
• Guarantee error-free delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Manage multiple projects at different stages of completion, staying organized and self-motivated.
