Nelson Connects is hiring a Bilingual Professional Intake Caller – a Human Service Aide for a local growing organization in  Santa Rosa , CA. For this project role, we are looking for individuals who demonstrate top-level Customer Service Rep/Administrative Assistant duties with a high degree of accuracy, have comprehensive and competent experience with compliance tasks, and provide stellar customer service to the public- with professionalism and diplomacy.

Bilingual Professional Intake Caller – Human Service Aide

Pay Range per hour: $24.00-$ 26.00

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Professionally provide exemplary customer service, with kindness and accountability.
• Ability to answer a high volume of calls, address inquiries, resolve issues, and prioritize their needs.
• Responsibly handle each customer's calls and transfer them to the appropriate queue
• Communicate effectively, knowledgeably, and informatively with active listening skills.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Triage system, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Top-level administrative support to a team of Intake callers, leads, and management
• Analytical and critical thinking, a self-starter- enthusiastic and energetic
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry into clients CRM platform
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• MON- FRI from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with ½ hour lunch- Onsite (remote or hybrid NOT available)

Hourly Pay Range: $24.00-$26.00
