We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced MDS Coordinator to join our warm and growing team!

Position:

MDS Coordinator

The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating issues, maintaining accurate records, updating records and working with patients and families. The ideal candidate will have a background in both medical care and the elderly population and enjoy interacting with patients and providing care to those who are unable to care for themselves.

Job Type:

Full Time, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Qualifications:

• Experience in MDS in LTC/SNF
• RN in NV
• Experienced in CMI, assessments, quality measures
• Certification preferred, but not required
