We represent a prestigious law firm located in Coral Gables, FL, specializing in providing sophisticate clients with top tier service in commercial litigation. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our client's dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
1. Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, business torts, and other complex commercial cases.
2. Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice to clients.
3. Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
4. Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the judiciary.
6. Work collaboratively with colleagues to strategize and develop case strategies.
7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and legal staff.
8. Stay current on legal developments and trends in commercial litigation.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Florida State Bar.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation practice, with a focus on both State and Federal courts.
4. Strong knowledge of procedural and substantive law in commercial litigation.
5. Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
6. Proven track record of successful case management and resolution.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
8. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
