Our client is looking to hire a Fund Controller to join their growing team!

Job Description
•        Experience performing waterfall and management fee calculations, expense allocations, and partner capital allocations
•        Understanding of fund financial statements and required disclosures.
•        Exposure to complex fund structures and investment strategies.

Responsibilities include:

•        Ensure timely and accurate investor reporting.
•        Assist in the annual audit and tax return preparation with external auditors.
•        Assist in the coordinating and reviewing:
o        Quarterly Capital Statements
o        Quarterly financial statements
o        Monthly distribution letters
o        Capital call letters
•        Preparation and maintenance of Fund forecast models.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
•        Bachelor’s or master’s degree in: Accounting, Finance
•        8  years of professional experience performing or auditing fund accounting with an understanding of alternative investment accounting
•        CPA highly preferred
