Job Summary:
DebtBlue is seeking a dedicated and experienced New Accounts Trainer to join our team. As a New Accounts Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to support the successful of new accounts representatives, with a focus on lead management and time management. The ideal candidate will possess strong training facilitation skills, a deep understanding of debt settlement practices, and a track record of driving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficient onboarding, lead management, and time management.
Hours: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday during our core hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- New Accounts Training:
- Develop and deliver new accounts training programs for new accounts representatives to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage leads and accounts.
- Customize New Accounts training content based on specific job roles and responsibilities within the new accounts department.
- Lead Management Training:
- Design and implement training programs focused on lead management strategies, including lead generation, qualification, nurturing, and conversion.
- Provide training on effective communication techniques and overcoming objection skills to optimize lead conversion rates and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Time Management Training:
- Create training modules and workshops aimed at improving time management skills among new accounts agents, with a focus on prioritization, organization, and productivity.
- Offer strategies and best practices for managing workload efficiently and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- KPI Monitoring and Performance Analysis:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) related to onboarding effectiveness, lead management performance, and time management efficiency for new account agents.
- Monitor and analyze KPI metrics to evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and overall business outcomes.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement in onboarding, lead management, and time management practices.
- Training Delivery and Facilitation:
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new account agents, utilizing a variety of training methodologies to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Conduct regular follow-up sessions and coaching sessions to reinforce training concepts and provide ongoing support to new accounts representatives.
- Collaboration and Executive Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, New Accounts, and Customer Service, to align training initiatives with business objectives and organizational priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure training programs are effectively supporting business goals.
Education and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources) preferred.
- Proven experience working in the debt settlement industry, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and practices.
- Previous experience in a training or leadership role within the new accounts department, preferably within the financial services or debt settlement sector.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and analyze performance metrics related to onboarding, lead management, and time management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
- The employee must be able to concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound logic and judgment, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
