Compensation ranging from:

$91,000 to $154,000 annually for full time (25-35 visits per week)

$37,000-$88,000 for Part Time (10-20 visits per week)

PT Pediatric and Adult Job Qualifications :

• Develops skilled and high-quality care plans that meet the needs of the patient and family by performing evaluations and interpreting assessment results; creating and implementing Physical therapy treatment plans in collaboration with the physician.
• Assists pediatric and adult patients to develop or regain physical, neurological, cognitive and/or social/emotional functioning and improves their level of independence.
• Up to date Colorado Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and above-average organizational skills.
• Excellent documentation skills with good understanding of basic home health agency regulations and requirements.
• Solid grasp on electronic medical record documenting.

Pay: $70 - $85 per Routine Visit

***Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and patient caseload.***

Sign on bonus: $2000/ Full time and $1000/ Part Time
