Our 123-bed acute care hospital boasts a stunning hillside location with views of the valley. We offer a wide range of comprehensive services including a Family Birthing Center, Outpatient Surgery Center, Breast Center, Infusion Center, Diagnostic Imaging, and an Advanced Wound Center featuring hyperbaric oxygen therapy. We are recognized for our outstanding heart care, joint and spine treatments, minimally invasive surgical procedures, and a dedicated pediatric service. Role Summary

As the Chief Nursing Officer, you will be the senior executive overseeing all nursing and designated patient care functions within our hospital. This pivotal role encompasses the assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of nursing practices. With round-the-clock responsibility, this position demands accountability for maintaining the highest standards of nursing care, ensuring clinical staff competency, and managing resources efficiently.

Ideal Candidate

At least five years of progressive leadership experience in nursing or related fields.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of operational excellence.
Commitment to professional nursing ethics and patient-centered care.
Strong background in labor relations and staff development.
Active and current RN license in the state of practice; Master's degree in Nursing or related field required.

What We Offer
