Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee the community's overall wellbeing and office/maintenance team productivity.
·Handle prospective and current resident concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
·Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.
·Manage the yearly budget, code and pay invoices, and complete monthly reports.
·Monitor team performance, meet goals, and ensure a smooth leasing process.
Qualifications:
·Onsite apartment property management experience.
·Familiarity with property management software.
·Fair Housing knowledge.
·Conflict management experience.
·Reliable transportation, strong work ethic, and a team player attitude.
·Willingness to assist with community projects and follow directions.
·Maintain a friendly, customer service-oriented approach with co-workers and customers.
