Competitive Compensation: Your journey begins with a competitive base salary and transitions into a base hourly rate plus commission, rewarding your dedication and sales success. Salary ranges - starting base salary will be $29,120 - $33,280 (based on location) with an all-in commission target of $20K. Remote Flexibility: This role offers full remote work opportunities, allowing you to excel from the comfort of your home. Occasional in-person trainings, team-building activities, and meetings ensure a balanced work experience. This role is available to candidates living in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Vermont, Rhode Island, or Connecticut.

Role Overview: As a Business Sales Representative (Inbound), you will be instrumental in promoting and selling Comcast's diverse range of products and services to businesses through inbound calls. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional value to customers while embodying professionalism, positivity, and outstanding service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of commission-driven sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum 100 Mbps speed
• Home office setup meeting specified requirements

Responsibilities:

• Achieve and surpass sales targets by initiating sales via inbound calls and proactively reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls to promote Comcast Business Services.
• Cultivate strong customer connections from initial contact to final transaction. Offer inventive solutions or escalate issues when needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by representing Comcast Business Services with expertise and professionalism to both prospects and existing customers.
• Stay abreast of product features, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to enhance your knowledge base.
• Maintain accurate and current data in CRM software daily.
• Demonstrate consistent and punctual attendance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Fulfill other assigned duties and responsibilities as needed.
