Possess strong self-confidence and psychological resilience, be brave enough to make cold calls to develop overseas customers, and be able to accept over 20 international calls per day;
With or without experience, proficient in using the internet to search for customer resources;
English proficiency level 6 or above, preferably TEM8, fluent in spoken language, able to communicate with foreigners, with good communication skills and rich negotiation skills;
Strong teamwork spirit, adaptability and analytical judgment ability; 1. Utilize one's own foreign language skills to maintain old customers and develop new overseas customers, and handle customer inquiries;
Negotiate with customers, responsible for implementing details such as prices and orders, and confirming orders;
Tracking of payment, freight, and other matters;
Quality control of goods;
Customer file management, customer visits, and relationship maintenance.
