Colla Born Wise Beauty Salon is currently looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Person to manage our salon's inventory and ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock levels, processing orders, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our beauty salon.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming shipments.
- Organize and maintain salon inventory in an efficient and systematic manner.
- Conduct regular stock checks to monitor inventory levels and reorder as needed.
Order Processing:
- Pick, pack, and ship orders to fulfill customer and salon demands.
- Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and documentation for outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with couriers and shipping carriers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Quality Control:
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues related to product quality.
Organization and Cleanliness:
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout for easy access to products.
Communication:
- Collaborate with salon management to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Communicate effectively with other team members regarding inventory updates and needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy packages and operate warehouse equipment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of beauty and wellness products (preferred but not required).
