Role: Cybersecurity Practice Lead

Atlanta, GA or Remote

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our Cybersecurity Practice. This critical role involves spearheading the development and execution of cybersecurity strategies, overseeing the presales process, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch cybersecurity solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in presales activities.

Responsibilities:

Cybersecurity Strategy and Practice Leadership:

• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously enhance the practice's capabilities.

Presales Management:

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective presales strategies and campaigns.
• Lead presales activities, including client presentations, solution demonstrations, and the preparation of proposals.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Solution Design and Architecture:

• Work closely with the technical team to design and architect robust cybersecurity solutions that meet client requirements.
• Provide technical expertise during the presales process, addressing client concerns and ensuring the proposed solutions align with industry best practices.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving cybersecurity needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on cybersecurity best practices.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and skill development within the cybersecurity practice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on practice leadership and presales activities.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies for diverse clients.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity tools and technologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.
• Demonstrated success in presales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
