The Client Relationship Associate (CRA) is a member of the Practice Solutions team and works closely with the Regional and Portfolio Business Development Officer’s
The CRA will be expected to
- Primary Coverage Officer (PCO) for the Regional and Portfolio Business Development Officer’s (BDO) portfolio
- Responsible for overall health of existing client relationship in their assigned portfolios
- Conduct client relationship support activities for assigned portfolio. Support the retention and management of the portfolio.
- Client on-boarding for new credit clients. Client outreach expected for introduction call and ongoing relationship support
- Supports assigned portfolio with Commercial credit renewals, loan modifications, collateral modifications, balloon maturities, and retention
- Addressing KYC Issues escalated by Business Controls
- Sales referral sent to Practice Banking Group or Regional/Portfolio BDO
- Primary liaison with internal partners (Customer Service, Monitoring, Overdraft teams) for the Regional/Portfolio BDO’s portfolio
- Loan product maintenance: Fee refunds, hold releases, life insurance, term questions, collateral releases, ACH set up/adjustments
Required Skills:
- PC Proficient in Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint and Word - Ability to operate in a phone based sales environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with bank products, services operations, systems, policies, procedures for business/corporate clients
- Strong client focus/direct client contact experience, excellent interpersonal skills
