Job description
As the Digital Outcomes Program Manager (applications systems analyst III) at Atlantic Health System, your primary focus will be on developing and managing a scalable program that leverages digital technology to transform patient experiences, clinical practices, and staff engagement. This role demands a strategic approach to integrate data-driven methodologies across AHS’s digital portfolio, aiming to standardize and replicate successful outcomes and maximizing the impact of existing digital assets to enhance healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities:
1. Program Development and Management: Assist with and drive the creation and execution of a comprehensive digital outcomes program, focusing on patient experience transformation, clinical processes, and staff engagement.
2. Data-Driven Strategy: Implement a data-driven approach across digital initiatives, ensuring measurable improvements in patient care and operational efficiency.
3. Standardization and Scalability: Develop and promote standardized, repeatable strategies for applying digital technologies across various departments and functions.
4. Outcome Measurement and Analysis: Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the impact of digital technologies on patient experiences, clinical outcomes, and staff satisfaction.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure cohesive implementation and optimization of digital strategies.
6. Program Advocacy: Promote the digital outcomes program across AHS, ensuring buy-in and participation from all levels of the organization.
7. Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and refine the program, staying attuned to healthcare trends and patient/staff needs.
8. Best Practices and Compliance: Ensure that digital initiatives align with healthcare regulations and best practices in digital health.
9. Education and Training: Facilitate education and training initiatives to enhance staff proficiency and engagement with digital tools.
Education:
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
