What You'll Be Doing:

As our Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our marketing campaigns, bringing creativity and innovation to social content, sales collateral, emails, landing pages, events, and more. This role is not just about tasks; it's about making a real impact on our brand and mission.

Manage marketing content calendar: Keep things organized and aligned with our strategy.
Own marketing project management: Be the go-to person ensuring projects are on track.
Coordinate marketing support for conferences and events: Get ready to make a splash.
Conduct market research: Stay ahead by understanding our audience and trends.
Write compelling copy: Craft engaging content for emails, social media, and sales collateral.
Refresh and edit existing marketing collateral copy: Keep things current and captivating.
Manage email campaigns with Mailchimp: Bring your expertise to enhance our reach.
Coordinate quality assurance: Ensure excellence in all our marketing deliverables.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams: Work together to elevate our brand.
Contribute ideas for optimization: Your insights matter in every aspect of our marketing efforts.
What You Need:

2-5 years experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field: Bring your expertise to the table.
Strong copywriting skills: Craft messages that resonate.
Strong time management skills: Keep things moving efficiently.
Email marketing experience: Your expertise will be valuable here.
Adobe Creative Suite experience: Flex your creative muscles.
Ability to give and receive constructive criticism: We value collaboration and improvement.
Insurance industry experience a plus: Dive into an industry with purpose.
SEO experience a plus: Understand the power of visibility.
Mailchimp and Microsoft Office experience a plus: Familiarity with these tools is a bonus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro DC, Asana, Slack, or similar software: Tech-savvy is a plus.
Preferred Experience:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, or related field: Education meets experience.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing or related function: Proven track record matters.
Insurance or healthcare industry experience is a plus: Dive into meaningful sectors.
