Job description

Office Administrator Charlestown Marina LLC, an Ocean Havens Property, is seeking to fill the position of Office Administrator. The office administrator is responsible for directing and assisting front office operations in the marina’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest services and financial profitability. The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly demanding/fast-paced environment. Customer service experience and great communication skills are a must. Tasks must be handled professionally and efficiently. Exceptional interpersonal skills are required as you will be developing relationships with existing, as well as, future clients. This position reports directly to the Marina Director. Duties include (but are not limited to):
