HealthPlus Staffing is assisting a well established organization with their search for a Primary Care Physician to join their team in Staten Island, NY. With over 35 clinics and over half a million patients across the 5 boroughs and Long Island, the growth potential is exponential. 

Job Description: 

• Location : Staten Island, NY 
• Position : Primary Care
• Structure : Outpatient (No call)
• Start : 30-60 days Days
• Schedule : Full-Time (40 hours)
• Duties : Consultations, Follow up, Physical exams
• EMR : Epic
• Support : Full Office Staff and APP
• Compensation : 225-260K + RVU bonus (TBD)
• Benefits : Full Package 

Qualifications:

• Unrestricted NY license
• BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active DEA registration
• Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll
