Position: Spray Foam Product Engineering Manager

Responsibilities: As the Spray Foam Product Engineering Manager within our Award Winning Client's Insulation Systems I&C organization, your role encompasses team development, acting as a technical liaison across departments. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and executing technical projects, particularly in novel product development.
• Coordinating with the Product Management team to establish priorities and efficiently allocate resources.
• Acting as a technical and managerial advisor to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Developing fitness-for-use customer requirements and commercializing new products based on those needs.
• Overseeing the stage gate process, ensuring its utilization at each phase of every project.
• Managing the development of product specifications, standards, tools, procedures, and documentation.

Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related technical field with a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience.
• Strong preference for expertise in Spray Foam chemistry/formulation.
• 7 years of experience in a senior engineering role, engineering manager role, or product engineering role with direct reports.
• 5 years of experience managing teams, both direct and cross-functional peers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong project management, organizational, and budgeting skills.
• Ability to manage a staff of salary employees, set direction, and deploy resources.
• Willingness to travel, with an expected 30 or more days per year.
