PRN Family Physician

Marathon Health is seeking a PRN Family Physician to support our employer-sponsored health and wellness centers throughout Indianapolis in the following locations:

• Greenwoood
• Plainfield
• Downtown Indianapolis
• East Indianapolis
• Traders Point
• Fishers
• Carmel

  Role highlights include:

• Flexible schedule with the option to sign up for PRN shifts as they become available
• Commitment to work at least one 8 hour shift per month
• Available to work during operational hours: Monday - Friday: 6:00a.m. - 7:00p.m.
• Intentional focus on preventive care and better outcomes for patients and their families
• Longer-than-average appointment times for provider visits!
• Freedom from the fee-for-service approach to care and insurance billing constraints

As a PRN Family Physician at Marathon Health, you’ll deliver primary care services, conduct onsite health risk assessments, provide wellness education, support individual lifestyle changes, and help individuals manage chronic conditions.

• Unrestricted medical license required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Must have primary care/family practice experience
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required
• A commitment to living by our Ambassadors Code values of integrity, compassion, respect, exceptional service, and teamwork
