Job Description
The Mgr-Cardiac Rehab will support and ensure delivery of quality care for cardiac rehabilitation phase 2 program, along with pulmonary rehab program, educational classes, community forum presentations, and other existing health education resources. Responsibility for implementing and promoting a cardiac & pulmonary rehabilitation program with existing prevention outreach programs.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Exercise Science or related field.
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 
Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
3 years Cardiac Rehab program experience.
1 year Experience in cardiac rehabilitation program with AACVPR (American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation) accreditation.
3 years Experience in acute care or outpatient cardiovascular nursing.
Experience utilizing interpersonal communication skills to facilitate the team process and coordinate with clients, family members, coworkers, physicians and healthcare professionals.
3 years' Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Nursing; graduate from an accredited school.
1 year Experience overseeing Pulmonary Rehab.
